Early voting is over. We are in the final push to vote. Tuesday, November 3, 2020, is election day. This election is too important to pass up. Every voice must be heard whether it’s for or against the incumbent. Many people have taken advantage of early voting. Statistics are showing that more people voted in the early vote than in the 2016 election cycle. Voter intimidation is rampant. Despite the apparent attempts at voter suppression, citizens continue to show up and be counted. Your voice is essential.
Please vote. There is so much at stake on the ballot this year. It’s not just a leader of the free world that we are concerned with. We have to take a stand at every level of government. Granted, it may not turn out the way we desire. However, there will be some evidence of change. And the change will only come if you cast your ballot. The rhetoric, the lack of concern for a nation’s health, and the need for unity should be enough to get you to the polls.
As an American citizen, you want life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Do you see that ahead, the way things are going today? Do you believe we need a change? Will you be the change that you want to see? On November 3, 2020, vote for the change, you want to see on every level. Government affects the average citizen at the lowest level. Your local sheriffs, judges, and statesmen have more of a polarizing effect on your life then just the commander-in-chief.
Remember, nothing good happens in a vacuum. Fill the space, go to the polls, and cast your ballot. Voting hours are from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. in most states and 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. in others to let your voice be heard.
